I'm totally down for that! I asked for assists but after posting I was discussing with my brother and he said the same, playing with no assists is better than playing with them and then not being able to turn them off because I'm used to them. Thanks for the quick answer. Went through settings and changed back to what was working great for me before and it still feels off, better but off. I've looked everywhere for help with FFB settings specifically with a DD1 and Dirt Rally 2.0 but am unable to get it dialed in. Found one post on here with a couple of users posted settings and wanted to add more.

Anti aliasing issues in Dirt Rally 2.0. I've been having a bit of an issue with a rather distracting amount of shimmering/anti aliasing occurring in DR 2.0, especially on trees/objects surrounding the track. The trees seem to have that kind of "mesh" like consistency you find in games when anti-aliasing isn't high enough.

I just realised something cause I had copied over my original settings, if you locate the hardware_settings.config file in your user directory you see there is now another config file for vr. Take the motion settings from your original hardware_settings.config file and copy/paste them into the vr config file. Should now work.

In those there's no need to use clutch for shifting, When going gears up/down throttle input is briefly cut off electronically, In real life it is possible to damage sequential gearbox by going gears way too down quickly instead of
What settings you got for dirt rally 2.0. Played a last nights just practicing felt great wheel would fight back while going over curbs and stuff then last night just kept turning off and resetting. Felt like it was trying to hard and maybe the settings are wrong.
