Open the Apple Health app,tap on browse,then tap on activity,then tap on workouts,scroll to the bottom, and tap show all data. Swipe left on the workout you want to delete and tap “Delete.”. The workout will be removed, and the adjustments will sync back to your Apple Watch.

Open the Fitness app on your iPhone. Tap Activity in the Summary tab to see details about your all day activity. Tap the calendar to see your progress for the month. On the calendar, a green dot appears next to the days that you worked out. To see more detail, tap a day. Open up the Health app and pick Browse, select the data you want to work with, then choose Show All Data. Up in the top right corner, you’ll see an Edit button: Tap on this and you can delete
