Ive currently got an Eonon GA5153F head unit in my car. It came with Android 4.4.4 KitKat installed. It's the stock ROM, despite resetting it a few times. Looking to try and upgrade it to 5.1.1 or newer if possible. Has anyone had any luck doing so? Secondand third reboot into the "recovery menu" I've selected "update from external storage" and now it was possible to select the Now my HP 8 1401 runs Android 4.4.x. Note: I took me some time to upgrade, but it works, allthough slow. It takes quite a while to start up, so better not to switch the device off. Greetings, Ton.
