Since new skyscale mastery 5 is "Combat Launch" to "Gain the ability to mount your skyscale in combat", it would be nice to let players mount all other mounts in combat as an extra bonus(for ppl finished both old and new mastery),
To get the mount on your account you need to have a lvl 80 character and the path of fire extension. Then you can directly go into the PoF story and get the raptor mount in the first instance. You can then use it on every character on your account regardless of level.
